Shipping:

Products purchased from Correct Building Products Online Store will be shipped via United Parcel Services (UPS). Multiple item orders may be shipped in separate boxes or even at separate times. You may track your order at any time by using the shipper number located on your Shipment Confirmation Email.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you are unhappy with the item(s) that you ordered via the Correct Building Products Online Store and wish to exchange or return merchandise, please review the following guidelines:

Any item ordered via Correct Building Products Online Store may be returned or exchanged within thirty days of your order date. Please note that all returns will be given a credit to their account in the store, not a refund. Exchanges are accepted within the thirty days of order date as long as the original item(s) is still in brand new condition and in original packaging. The exchange must always be for an item of equal or value.

Authorization: All returns, regardless of reason MUST be authorized by first contacting our Customer Service Department: customerservice@correctbpstore.com. To return an item, you must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. There is a limit of thirty (30) calendar days from the date the order was placed, for you to be eligible to contact us to return an item. If these thirty days have passed, you are no longer eligible for a return. If you have any other questions, please contact our Customer Servce Department at customerservice@correctbpstore.com for more information. Please have your order number ready, if available.

Damage During Shipping: If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact customerservice@correctbpstore.com immediately. At this time you will be issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and please ship return the damaged itesm with the original invoice. A credit for the Correct Building Products Online Store will be issued to your account for the amount of the order plus any shipping and handling charges incured.
