Deck Defender is a mold and mildew inhibitor. It forms an invisible coating on surfaces and can remain effective for over a year. Deck Defender is safe to use on all decking surfaces including natural wood, wood polymer composites and vinyl, where mold and mildew might be a problem. It will not discolor, stain or harm any surface on which it is recommended for use. Do not spray on mirrors or glass because the microscopic coating will leave a residue. Prior to applying the Deck Defender, clean the deck surface thoroughly. Coverage area is aprox. 300 sq ft per gallon.
